The SDR will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential partners and clients and setting up meetings with sales managers.
Responsibilities:
🔹Researching the English-speaking market and identifying potential clients in the IT sector.
🔹Engaging with clients via outbound emails, social media, and other communication channels.
🔹Qualifying potential clients and determining who is ready to discuss a partnership with the company.
🔹Working with CRM system to track and manage leads.
🔹Scheduling initial discovery meetings with the company salespersons.
🔹Updating client and lead information in the management system in a timely manner.
Requirements:
🔸1-2 years of experience in IT sales (preferable in outstaffing/outsourcing).
🔸Mandatory work experience with Upwork, Dribble, experience with selling designs in an agency.
🔸Proven experience in generating leads through various channels (CrunchBase, Clutch, UpWork, A).
🔸Good knowledge of technology and trends in the IT industry.
🔸Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English at an Advanced level.
🔸Proficiency in sales automation tools (like Appolo), experience working with CRM systems and other sales management tools.
🔸Ability to work individually and in a team with a focus on results.
🔸Strong persuasion skills.
