Solar Digital is growing and scaling, so we are looking for a responsible and dedicated Sales Development Representative (SDR) .
The main goal of the position is to help attract new customers and increase sales. Required skills: • Experience in sales management and interaction with clients; • High level of knowledge of the English language (Upper-Intermediate); • Understanding the basic principles of IT sales and the specifics of the market; • Ability to work with CRM (especially with HubSpot); • Experience in negotiating with clients will be a plus; • Excellent communication and organizational skills; • Time management skills. Duties: — Close cooperation with Lead Generation specialists to obtain all information about leads; — Primary communication with MQL and SQL, collection of necessary information about the needs and wishes of potential customers; — Ensuring proper coordination of all negotiations and meetings, including coordination of dates, times and locations; — Preparation of necessary materials for meetings with clients, such as presentations, documents and other resources; — Assisting the Sales Manager during negotiations and after their completion; — Recording of important information received from the client for further use; — Filling the CRM system with all the necessary information about the client and details of negotiations; — Ensuring constant contact with clients to resolve current issues and maintain relationships.
