— Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar position that includes business communication via different channels: e-mail, LinkedIn, phone
— High level of empathy for customers and a passion for customer success
— Strong communication skills and business aptitude

— Experienced in Pipedrive or similar CRMs
— Result-oriented with the understanding of KPI/OKRs and how they fit
Deadline- and quota-driven
— Have Upper-intermediate English level; other languages are a plus
— Experience in outsourcing is a plus
Responsibilities:
— Timely nurture inbound and outbound warm leads through different communication channels (email, Linkedin, Intercom, etc.)
— Make sure all communication and actions are tracked in the CRM system and
— Keep CRM system up to date
— Create templates for automating communication with clients (including FAQs, quick offers, etc.)
— Keep existing sales and marketing materials up to date
— Conduct demo calls with qualified prospects that were scheduled via outbound and inbound channels
— Working towards monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets as set
— Develop a personalized approach for high-priority accounts
— Re-approach past and outdated leads to make a sale
— Provide assistance to other members of the sales team
— Interact with customers and handle customer queries and complaints in a timely manner
— Make weekly and monthly reviews, reports, and surveys
— Actualize upsell/cross-sell goals and develop approaches for reaching those goals
