Responsibilities:
- Full cycle of personnel selection (writing the vacancy text, publishing the vacancy on job sites, processing incoming feedback, direct search for candidates, supporting candidates at all stages of interviews (online/offline), writing a job offer).
- Participation in the adaptation of new employees.
- Formation of a personnel reserve.
- Conducting labor market monitoring.
- Maintaining reports on work on open vacancies.
Requirements:
- Experience in personnel search from 1 year.
- Experienced PC user.
- Ability to work with job sites.
- High communication skills.
- Multitasking, stress resistance.
