Recruitment Lead in UniSkill

Main responsibilities :

• control and coordination of the recruiter's work;
• construction and management of "candidate experience";
• clarification of needs and formation of expectations of internal customers;
• construction of a system for promoting vacancies (banner advertising, websites, social networks, professional communities);
• preliminary screening of potential candidates for IT and non-IT positions;
• conducting interviews, assessing the professional and personal competence of potential candidates;
• management of the digital image of the company's employer, promotion of the value proposition;
• work with motivation of perspective potential candidates for work in the company;
• onboarding new employees;
• participation in the development and implementation of projects to systematize the recruitment process;
• training of hiring managers in tools and methods of evaluation of potential candidates, formation and calibration of a "single evaluation field".

What is important for us when choosing a candidate :

• experience in a similar position from 2 years;
• knowledge and experience of practical application of various selection methods, types of personnel evaluation and interview methods;
• understanding the labor market of IT and non-IT positions;
• responsibility, honesty, initiative, persistence in achieving results;
• flexibility, diplomacy, analytical and critical mind;
• experience in Jira will be an advantage.
