preliminary screening of potential candidates for IT and non-IT positions;
conducting interviews, assessing the professional and personal competence of potential candidates;
management of the digital image of the company's employer, promotion of the value proposition;
work with motivation of perspective potential candidates for work in the company;
onboarding new employees;
participation in the development and implementation of projects to systematize the recruitment process;
training of hiring managers in tools and methods of evaluation of potential candidates, formation and calibration of a "single evaluation field".

experience in a similar position from 2 years;
knowledge and experience of practical application of various selection methods, types of personnel evaluation and interview methods;
understanding the labor market of IT and non-IT positions;

experience in Jira will be an advantage.
