We're looking for recruiter/sourcer. MUST Haves:
Min 3 months recruitment experience
Good MS Office experience
Previous deep internet search experience Key Responsibilities & Duties Include:
Working as part of a great remote recruiting team
Sourcing candidates by using a variety of platforms and platform groups (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, Facebook, Twitter and local job boards and social media platforms etc) Using search techniques (X-Ray, Boolean search and more) to identify suitable candidates that match skills, experience needed, rates and location
Reviewing and screening CVs according to vacancy requirement. If suitable for role, add CV to breezy, contact and arrange screening meeting using Screening call sheet. Establish if suitable re technical skills & experience, financial and other parameters.
Candidate management and recording (Breezy) of all interactions, information, interviews etc up to “ready to offer” stage
Working with Breezy ATS to manage and track all candidate interactions for all information and data
compile Reports as requested and in format required
Job market research-
Work closely with the Recruitment manager to determine hiring needs and priorities
Help in gathering market analytics and statistics on request
Personal Development (seek support) in use of all applications, software, platforms and other tools required to successfully achieve ongoing results
Call out where additional information required to successful source candidates up front
Proactively recommend improvements in ways of working, process, tooling, etc.
Participate as active team member living team values / delivery of team goals
Be clear and concise in all forms of communication, particularly requests for candidate interview, updates in team meetings, etc.
