Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

 - Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on hiring for development and operations roles.

 - Source, attract, and interview candidates, ensuring alignment with our company culture and requirements.

 - Manage job postings, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

 - Handle the recruitment process for both local and international candidates, ensuring effective communication and a seamless candidate experience.


- HR Management:

 - Oversee onboarding processes, ensuring new hires are smoothly integrated into the team.

 - Develop, implement, and manage basic employee policies and procedures.

 - Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive workplace environment.

 - Support and manage the people processes, including performance reviews, employee engagement, and policy updates.

  

General:

 - Work closely with the leadership team to anticipate hiring needs and plan recruitment strategies accordingly.

 - Assist in building a strong company culture that aligns with our values and goals.

 - Manage HR administration tasks, including maintaining employee records


Requirements:

- Proven experience in both recruitment and HR roles, preferably within a startup or fast-growing company.

- Understanding of recruitment strategies, particularly for technical and operational roles.

- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with international candidates and team members.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
