Duties
• Engage in active search and attraction of candidates for various positions;
• Search and closing of employees worldwide;
• Work with various tools for finding candidates;
• Think over the search strategy, change if it does not bring results;
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates.
Must have:
Stress resistance, diligence and a positive attitude.
Relevant work experience;
Experience in the field of gambling and betting;
Understanding how to find common ground with people of all temperaments, interests and values;
Ability to work effectively with a high degree of autonomy, flexibility, and accountability;
Willingness to switch between tasks quickly;
Fluency in English at the upper-Intermediate level;
Experience of delivering against targets and deadlines with high quality;
