We are looking for an experienced recruiter who will join our HR department and help us develop our teams!
Our new Rocket Market project will deliver our customers' daily purchases in 15 minutes. To do this, we are creating a network of our own mini-warehouses in the dark store format, which will cover not only Ukraine but also Europe.
We currently have a vacancy for a Recruiter.
Your responsibilities:
- Ensuring the active search for candidates in accordance with the requirements for vacancies, using various channels: internal database, pocket portals, LinkedIn, social networks and other effective resources in Ukraine;
- Creation and maintenance of effective communication with heads of directions;
- Formation of the candidate's profile, creation and placement of vacancies on various resources;
- Proactive interaction with potential candidates in professional and social networks;
- Hire the required number of candidates according to the recruitment plan.
Our candidate:
- Experience as a recruiter from 1 year;
- Experience in FMCG will be an advantage;
- Experience in conducting various formats of interviews;
- Experience working with various non-technical positions and in mass selection;
- Excellent knowledge of search methods;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Experience in research and analysis of the labor market;
