Required skills:
- work experience of 2 years or more in a similar position;
- focus on results, flexibility, ability to work and learn at a fast pace;
- good theoretical knowledge of the recruitment process and various interview techniques;
- knowledge of the most popular modern search sources;
- strong communication skills, ability to negotiate and work with objections;
- English level - intermediate or higher .
Tasks:
- active participation in closing vacancies;
- communication with business customers, close cooperation on an ongoing basis;
- work with job sites, social networks and specialized forums, telegram channels;
- initial assessment of resumes, conducting online/offline interviews (including in English);
- building strong working relationships with candidates, maintaining contact with potential candidates;
- maintenance of the internal database of candidates, its systematic replenishment;
- reporting on the personnel selection process.
It will be a plus:
- understanding of hunting techniques;
- availability of a database of candidates;
- experience in searching with international markets (Cyprus, EU and others).
