We are looking for a talented, results-oriented specialist whose main task will be to find and attract the best specialists (BackEnd/FrontEnd Engineers, Analyst, Marketers, Designers, Finance, Legal roles, etc.)

Required skills:

Tasks:

- active participation in closing vacancies;

- communication with business customers, close cooperation on an ongoing basis;

- work with job sites, social networks and specialized forums, telegram channels;

- initial assessment of resumes, conducting online/offline interviews (including in English);

- building strong working relationships with candidates, maintaining contact with potential candidates;

- maintenance of the internal database of candidates, its systematic replenishment;

- reporting on the personnel selection process.


It will be a plus:

- understanding of hunting techniques;

- availability of a database of candidates;

- experience in searching with international markets (Cyprus, EU and others).
