** We are looking for a person who will: ** * provide the required level of software quality in the project; * develop software testing strategies and methods; * plan and organize testing in projects (teams); * organize and control the work of quality control teams on projects; * participate in the selection of QA, train and support employees; * conduct Test Design / Review of testing scenarios on projects; * ensuring the implementation of all types of software testing required in the projects; * manage defects in the project; * interact with all participants in software development in the testing process; * provide / maintain acceptance testing; * develop / review test documentation and provide test reports; * to be engaged in statement of problems on automation; * support the process of automation of testing; * manage test environments on projects (+ support); * Participate in the development of testing standards, work rules and training materials. ** You are suitable if you have: ** * experience in a similar position from 2 years; * knowledge of software development standards and methodologies (WF, Scrum / Agile); * knowledge of software testing theory and mastery of software testing process management skills; * experience in organizing the testing process in projects and / or managing the QA team (from 2 people); * experience with requirements (business requirements, technical specifications); * experience in writing test documentation: plans, methods, reports, scenarios; * confident knowledge of tools for test documentation (TestRail, Confluence, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * experience in tracking systems (Jira, MS TFS); * experience in software defect management in the project; * experience of manual testing of databases, desk-top / web applications, web services, API; * knowledge of the principles of relational databases; * knowledge of the principles of web applications (JSON, XML, CSS, HTML); * knowledge of Unix-like systems at the console level; * understanding of the client-server and architecture of microservices; * experience with WSO2 ESB, WSO2 EI, Tomcat, Camunda; * experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL; * experience with Git, SVN version control systems; * knowledge of tools: Soap UI, Postman, Putty, Bitbacket, + tools for working with databases (Toad For Oracle, SQL * Plus, dbeaver, etc.); * knowledge of SQL (at the level of reading and writing queries), Java / Groovy (beginner); * knowledge of the banking domain (processes, products, technologies); * level of English pre-intermediate. ** Will be a plus: ** * knowledge of specific banking programs and systems - ABS B2, IsCard, Siebel CRM; * experience in finance / banking; * experience in developing technical documentation. ** Why do you need to come to us? ** Because we are special.
