Main tasks:

• Architecture development (including taking into account high load and horizontal scaling);
• Writing new server code, interaction with external services, algorithms for searching and issuing information;
• Finding and debugging problems, working with existing code written by other developers (not many);
• Interaction with other teams: front-end, mobile platforms, DevOps.

Requirements (no, this is not the whole stack

• Excellent knowledge of Python (3.x);
• Knowledge of Flask - or another micro-framework;
• Knowledge of Redis and why you need it;
• Good knowledge of SQLAlchemy or another ORM;
• From-
• personal knowledge and understanding of RDBMS (in particular PostgreSQL) - in particular, knowledge of SQL, why they are needed and how indexes work;
• General understanding of IT security, why it is needed and what are the ways to achieve it;
• Knowledge of git - you will be involved in pull request approvals, control of dead branches, etc.;
• Knowledge and understanding of HTTP, REST, JSON;
• Ardent desire to learn new things!

Welcomed but NOT required:

• Knowledge of Linux and experience of its combat use;
• Experience in creating large services from an architectural point of view;
• Knowledge and understanding of ElasticSearch;
• Experience with other languages / environments (non-Python, or even non-web);
• Knowledge of HTML5 / CSS3, JavaScript - understanding what is going on at the front;
• Experience of integration with services like Facebook, Twitter, etc .;
• Knowledge of Celery;
• Redis Streams;
• Kafka.
