Requirements:
— 2+ years experience as PSR/account manager or BDM/Sales manager (B2B),
— experience in the IT outstaffing industry,
— outsource experience will be a plus,
— successful cases of upsales/crosssales,
— understanding of software development,
— knowledge of sales techniques,
— ability to identify client needs,
— ability to find an approach to the client,
— work experience with CRM, Jira, Excel,
— letter-writing skills,
— advanced communication skills,
— customer-centric and result-oriented person,
— English level (B2+).
Responsibilities:
— maintains regular communication with customer/partner/supplier and meets needs,
— influences IT strategy of the client by proposing new or alternative solutions and balancing effectiveness and efficiency,
— build strategy plans for the collaboration with clients,
— conducting regular feedback sessions with clients and maintaining a high level of their satisfaction,
— managing organizational questions,
— controlling accounts receivables and collecting overdue debt,
— working with CRM, Jira, Confluence, Excel,
— follow and improve the existing organizational processes in the team,
— upsales to clients.
