Project manager (Ukrainian web-platform, gas and oil industry) in SSA Group

##### PROJECT You will be working on a web-platform for the biggest Eastern European LPG provider. Software goal is to automatize business processes for sale and logistics of LPG and petroleum products. Your responsibilities will include reorganize and control development process to work effectively as support team, document product business logic, QA, deployment processes and development process in general. ##### TECHNOLOGY STACK The main PM tool on a project is Azure DevOps, project development technologies are ASP.NET Core, Angular, MS SQL. ##### TEAM You will work in the team of 2 .NET Fullstack developers, 1 QA, 1 front-end developer, 1 UI/UX designer. ##### CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS * Education: MSc degree in any technical specialty is required * 5+ years of experience in IT including project management, business analysis and software development * Deep understanding of software development methodologies, requirements collection, project and resources planning, delivery management, risk assessment techniques, project documentation and reporting * Good understanding of testing methodologies and techniques * Practical experience in Azure DevOps configuration and customization * Excellent practical experience as a project manager in projects with different software development methodologies (Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban) * Practical experience managing web-solutions projects * Experience in managing a team of 5-8 people * Excellent client-facing and communication skills (both verbal and written) * Strong level of soft skills **Certifications** * One of the following is required: PSM or CSM ##### WILL BE A PLUS PMP Certification ##### RESPONSIBILITIES * Gathering requirements and transform them into solutions * Performance of the overall process of project planning, defining, estimating and scheduling of project deliveries, risk management * Successful execution and delivery of project on-time * Progress control: project activities, time and effort tracking, status reporting * Delivery of reports for stakeholders * Building the team and managing staff progress reviews * Taking care of project documentation * Making sure QA and deployment processes are in place and followed by the teams
