PMO – Key Competencies
Expert Knowledge of Banking Operations: In-depth understanding of core banking systems, digital banking technologies, and industry-specific processes.
Proficiency in Project Management Tools: Skilled in tools such as Jira, MS Project, and Primavera for efficient project tracking and execution.
Methodology Expertise: Adept in managing projects through Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches, tailoring methodologies to each project's unique needs.
Strategic Alignment: Strong ability to align IT projects with overarching business objectives, ensuring seamless integration and impactful outcomes.
Budget and Resource Management: Extensive experience in overseeing project budgets, resource allocation, and capacity planning to optimize efficiency and performance.
Risk Management: Proficient in identifying and mitigating project risks, particularly in IT environments, to safeguard project success.
Performance Tracking: Establishing clear KPIs and metrics to track progress, ensuring that projects stay on target and deliver expected results.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engaging effectively with internal IT teams, external vendors, and business units, fostering collaboration and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Effective Communication: Skilled in translating complex technical details into clear, business-friendly language for non-technical stakeholders, facilitating understanding and decision-making.
Requirements: Upper-intermediate English or higher.
