The guys write in PHP, work with Scrum/Kanban.

Required skills:

— 3+ years of experience as an IT Project manager and experience with Fintech products;

— Excellent understanding and experience of working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);

— Ability to argue one's position;

— Ability to plan and prioritize tasks;

— Ability to work in a team.

It will be a plus if you have:

— Technical background.

Duties

— Management of several internal teams;

— Participation in the strategic planning of the project;

— Participating in the formation of TOR and placing priorities for team members;

— Assignment of tasks and implementation of interaction between project participants;

— Control of the execution of tasks and adjustments if necessary;

— Reporting on the project;

— Resource planning for projects;

— Carrying out demo versions, prototypes;

— Working with project documentation.
