We organize the biggest and best conference, IT Arena, as recognized by DOU and AIN.
We're constructing a Research Center with laboratories to provide training and practical experience for engineering students from local higher education institutions. We also work on modernizing curricula and initiating new educational programs at Lviv universities.
Moreover, we've introduced a loyalty program for our members. Through participation in the IT Club, tech professionals enjoy various discounts and pleasant surprises from our partner brands.
Furthermore, we proudly publish the first English-language magazine in Ukraine dedicated to technology – ITID Lviv.

We are growing our team and looking for a Partnership Manager to join our Partnership Department.
We really want you to meet the following requirements:
- Strong English skills required for effective communication — Upper-Intermediate (B2) and higher;
- Previous experience in partnership, sales, business development or business growth roles for at least 3+ years;
- Knowledge of outreach tools;
- Understanding the challenges of the tech industry;
- Learning and adapting fast to the relevant industry needs;
- Strong networking and communication skills;
- Being organized, attentive, responsible and proactive;
- Creativity in responding to leads and prospects.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Attracting new tech companies to become members of Lviv IT Cluster.
- Selling Lviv IT Cluster services and products to both new and existing members.
- Keeping the management informed about goals’ statuses, progress, KPIs, challenges, and plans.
- Contributing innovative ideas to enhance our current products and processes.
- Gathering feedback from partners to generate ideas for new products and features.
