Project Manager in ProfUA

What do we expect from our perfect candidate?

Must have:

• 3+ years of experience in project management;
• strong knowledge in project management, understanding of project management principles, tools, and techniques;
• ability to work on team level & strategic level (taking a bigger picture into account);
• strong knowledge in business, budgeting, and analysis domains;
• proven experience working with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) methodologies;
• experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel/Projects;
• understanding of DLC;
• excellent documentation skills;
• obsessive attention to details and strong problem-solving skills;
• advanced time management and analytical skills;
• upper-intermediate English;
• excellent communication skills, written and verbal;
• skills in Facilitation;
• great at building relationships and leading groups of people;
• ability to work in a multicultural environment.
