Project Manager in Andersen Lab

Full description: The international IT company Andersen, one of the leaders in the outsource production market, invites an active project manager for one / several projects of our customers for long-term cooperation (and such giants as Ryanair, TUI, UNESCO, Peakwork, Tinkoff Bank, Lamoda, Cian, etc.). We are looking for a strong personality with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize correctly. The main tasks on which you have to work: - project management from collecting requirements to technical support; - interaction with clients of the company, management of their expectations, negotiation; ? organization of teamwork, setting up a workflow, prioritization, tracking team deadlines and team motivation; - competent management of the project budget and risks, project documentation and project reporting. - parallel management of several projects and coordination of work on individual improvements. Requirements: - 1 year and more commercial experience as a project manager in the IT field; - possession of technical vocabulary; - understanding of tools and methods of software development; ? proficiency in English from level B2 and above; - the ability to work in multitasking mode; - sociability, self-confidence, flexibility, initiative, persistence, responsibility; - systems thinking, the ability to find a common language both with colleagues and partners, and with the customer.
