Role & responsibilities
● Managing full cycle of product development such as creating product roadmaps and task breakdowns
● Translating high-level vision, priorities and product strategy documents into actionable tasks
● Monitoring the quality of the products and deliveries
● Improving the performance of the products by improving click to sale conversion rate and life-time value of users
● Setting up performance and management reports for internal and external stakeholders
● Leveraging data to understand the digital marketing products in-depth, identify areas of opportunity, and execute projects to prioritize ad performance and revenue, while balancing a long term product perspective
● Working closely with CEO and Marketing team on revenue growth priorities
● Working closely with tech, designers, data analysts, and operational partners to develop high-quality products
● Structured way of approaching problems and prioritizing which to tackle first
● Developing a culture of continuous improvement - acting as an internal coach and consultant, identifying opportunities to remove process waste and scale automation and performance metrics across the team
Requirements
● 5+ years proven track record as account manager/ product manager / project manager or related in digital marketing and affiliate marketing
● Proficiency in all aspects of project management process groups (initiating, planning, executing, monitoring/controlling, closing)
● Very data driven structured thinking
● Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to persuade and communicate
● Ability to work independently and remotely in a highly matrixed team environment
● Self learner and ability to solve problems
