Plich is the business from which SocialTech started. Our flagship product livebeam.com is a type of social network that helps to overcome feelings of loneliness through entertainment, streaming and communication. Different people from all over the world, new emotions, a community that perceives you as you are. This is a safe space where content creators and their admirers find each other and give the opportunity to enjoy unique content made just for you.

After the strategic pivot, Plich's business resumed rapid growth and increased the number of product and technical teams. To maintain product integrity, our senior Product Manager focused on new responsibilities - Product Owner. So we are looking for a person who will strengthen our product at its key point!

The development of our platform is accompanied by increased complexity. This is due to:

- simultaneous interaction in the asymmetric marketplace of several types of users;

- coexistence under one umbrella of multi-purpose product services;

- difficult to predict LTV users, which complicates decision-making, such as planning and closing A / B tests.

The person we are looking for will lead a cross-functional team from the start, which now consists of 4 Backend, 2 Frontend, 2 QA engineers, a designer and an analyst.

The product management team currently includes: CPO, Product Owner, 3 Product Managers, Head of Design, Lead Product Analyst and a representative of engineers - Software Architect.

It should be added that we have an effective matrix organizational structure and a healthy goal-setting process. Guilds of analytics and design provide strong expert support to teams. At the same time, coordinated product-technical interaction has been rebuilt at all levels (CPO-CTO, Product Owner - Software Architect, Product Manager - Tech Lead partnerships). All this allows the product and the team to have a direct impact on product development.

The ideal candidate for us is a person who wants to grow quickly to the position of Lead Product Manager / Head of Product, and even higher.

It is probably superfluous for a target person for us to describe in detail the skills and responsibilities of a product manager. Similarly, we do not require any formal experience a la "5 years in product positions in large companies", much more important - track the record of your victories!

In general, we expect a standard product stack: metric-based product discovery and delivery + team management.

Nevertheless, it will really be a plus for us:

- work with complex products with many types of users;

- experience in building a new team or significant transformations of the existing one;

- analytical skillset;

- technical savvy.
