**About the role:**
Our Communications Team is looking for a skilled **PR Lead** that will develop
and implement B2B Communications strategy through PR and Media Relations.
While reporting directly to the CCO (Chief Communications Officer) she/he will
manage two PR Managers.
**Responsibilities:**
* Developing proactive media relations with global media.
* Leading a team of PR Managers.
* Developing and implementing a B2B communications strategy for WePlay Esports Holding and its assets.
* Ensuring publications in global top-tier media outlets (for example, Bloomberg, Business Insider, TechCrunch, Forbes, etc.).
* Taking part in defining the brand positioning of WePlay Esports Holding on the global market.
**Requirements:**
* Two to three years’ experience on the position of PR Lead, either in-house or in an agency.
* Experience of Global Media Relations at least 2 years (esports, gaming, IT fields would be a plus).
* Experience of working closely with journalists and responding to media requests.
* A track record of developing and delivering communication strategies is desirable.
* Knowledge of Digital PR and key PR metrics for measurement and evaluation is a must.
* Knowledge of SEO, ORM, and Content Marketing principles would a plus.
* Should possess fluent English, Russian and Ukrainian languages.
* Excellent verbal, writing and editing skills and the ability to write compelling stories.
* Able to act on own initiative and meet deadlines.
* Able to suggest solutions and ways forward when escalating questions.
* Highly organized and motivated with strong leadership skills.
* Inter-personal skills are vital for developing relationships with media representatives and handling issues and communications crisis situations.
