he Paid Search Specialist position offers the opportunity to manage a multi- million dollar ad-spend for multiple properties of our US-based customers, competing for best performance with the likes of Amazon, Cabelas, Zappos and other e-commerce giants. You will be creating large campaigns and bidding strategies, analyzing performance and expanding our customers' paid search reach within the market. ## Primary Duties and Responsibilities: * Align paid search strategies with business objectives, priorities and goals for all channels including but not limited to Search, Comparison Shopping, Remarketing, Display, and Affiliate * Manage a multitude of campaigns through analysis, planning, execution, reporting and tracking * Manipulate bids, ad copy, and positioning to maximize the results * Develop recommendations to increase exposure, CTR and CVR * Maintain a strong relationship and business partnership with 3rd party Search Engine Teams (including Google and Bing) * Oversee invoicing, insertion orders, forecasts and budgets for various channels * Collaborate with SEO Analysts to improve ad quality through landing page optimization and creation * Work with internal functional teams to build creative, manipulate feeds, implement new tools, and help promote various marketing initiatives ## Skills & Requirements: * 2+ Years Proven Paid Advertising management experience (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, eBay Commerce Network, Verizon Media, and more) * Proficient in quantitative analysis / analytical skills with keen ability to translate analysis into actionable insights * Positive attitude and strong work ethic * Strong written and verbal English communications skills, creative writing skills * A sharp mind with an ability to understand concepts * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics or equivalent is considered a plus (but not required) ## ## Qualification: * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically MS Excel * Reasonable understanding of SEO and HTML, the overall Search Engine spectrum * Excellent grammar and creative writing skills * Highly organized with focused attention to detail, project management experience is a plus ## ## We provide: * Agile culture, continuous improvement process * Friendly and highly-qualified colleagues * Challenging international projects * Competitive salary, yearly reviewed * Real possibilities of growth * Paid vacations & sick leaves * Flexible work schedule * Excellent working conditions * Powerful hardware, best software/tools * Learning and innovations - internal demos & trainings, individual mentorship * Potential business trips to USA * Ability to attend local & international conferences **Feel free to contact:** Skype - https://lnkd.in/e8bZyQu Telegram - https://t.me/softesis viber 097 543 63 33
