Operations manager in Printful

Your daily tasks will entail:

• ensuring effective equipment use and maintenance
• managing order fulfillment according to quality standards and goals
• planning effective resources for smooth running operations
• optimizing and improving production processes
• coordinating work instructions for the team

What we expect from you:

• high sense of responsibility
• creative and analytical approach to problem-solving
• degree in Engineering or other relevant field
• great communication skills
• a team-player personality
• excellent Latvian, English, and Russian skills
• experience in team leading
