We are looking for an initiative Operations Analyst that will provide quality Back-Office processes to support clients in the acquiring business. ** You will have the following tasks **: • ensuring the quality of the customer support process (90% written, 10% - spoken); • ensuring the process of protecting chargebacks; • ensuring the smooth operation of processes for the prevention of chargebacks; • analysis of suspicious activities on user transactions; • analysis and investigation of the behavior of payment systems.
