Open Vacancy: Head of Marketing

The ideal candidate will have experience in content marketing, writing, editing, journalism, or another relevant field, and will be responsible for guiding the development of a product-focused content marketing program. 

This includes creating a content calendar and editorial plan for materials like blog posts, long-form guides, case studies, and more. 

The Head of Content Marketing will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, sales, design, and more, to identify compelling stories and topics that resonate with the target audience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to raise awareness of the product and the company's mission.
• Guide the development of a product-focused content marketing program.
• Partner with domain experts across the company to gather insights about capabilities, industry trends, and competitive trends, and distill them into compelling content that demonstrates CyberConnect’s thought leadership and innovation.
• Research, write, and edit content for the company's owned channels.
• Partner with the product and BD teams to set goals for content engagement and identify opportunities to amplify and syndicate content.
• Manage highly interdependent projects and keep various work streams on track by building processes and content calendars.

Requirements:

• 4-7 years of relevant work experience in content marketing, writing, editing, journalism, or another relevant field.
• Outstanding writing and editing skills.
• Familiarity with SEO strategy and content development best practices is a plus.
• Experience in a social media company or developer community is a wonderful plus but by no means required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt how you communicate to best reach and engage your audience.
• Ability to manage highly interdependent projects and keep various work streams on track by building processes and content calendars.
• Keen interest in learning about how things work and explaining technical concepts in ways that are accessible to all readers.
• Interest in web3 and eagerness to go deep into this space.

Compensation:

The Head of Content Marketing position offers a competitive salary range of $100k - $150k plus competitive equity.

Location:

This is a remote position preferred in the US Timezone.
