As the Senior Game Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of new gaming projects from concept to launch, managing cross-functional teams, and identifying growth opportunities for the company.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in the gaming industry with a proven track record of successful game production management
• 4+ years of experience leading and managing teams of developers and designers
• Strong team leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams
• Experience as a game producer for at least 3 years with a minimum of 2 launched games
• Deep understanding of game development workflows and technical difficulties
• Strong understanding and management skills for project planning, budgeting, and risk management
• Proven experience in marketing and game engine technologies such as Unity/Unreal Engine
• Experience leading non-gaming teams

Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee the development of projects from concept to launch
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality
• Develop and maintain project documentation and track progress against project milestones
• Lead and support the development team and foster a collaborative and productive work environment
• Conduct market analysis and evaluate project metrics to identify growth opportunities
• Conduct various tests to ensure the quality and performance of the game
• Evaluate the project for publication and prepare it for launch
• Identify growth points for the current project and future projects
