— 2+ years of working experience as office manager / administrative specialist;
— experience of working in a fast-paced corporate environment;
— upper-intermediate level of English;
— advanced MS Excel / MS PowerPoint user;
— good communication and organizational skills;
— reliability, attention to detail, willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:
— Customer and employee-facing at the front desk;
— Coordinate suppliers of various administrative services and products (coordinating the purchase, controlling supporting documents; providing expenses reports; identifying and researching potential new suppliers);
— Manage correspondence and deliveries;
— Participate in HR processes from the administrative side (documents preparation and tracking; maintaining internal reports; correspondence);
— Participate in corporate events organization (orders of services and products; reservation of locations; deliveries’ organization, etc.);
— Prepare report for time tracking (verify the correct filling of time tracking program by employees; send the notifications; prepare reports for accountants);
— Organize business trips;
— Support employees’ background checks;
— Manage office facilities and provide administrative office support (effective from 2022);
— Prepare other reports by demand;
— Perform other assignments of management’s direction.
