Your future tasks:

・ensure efficient office operations: procurement, logistics, prompt resolution of office force majeure

・participation together with the HR specialist in organizing events and activities: planning and coordinating initiatives, finding contractors, managing merchandise

・working with employees – resolving daily queries, informing about events and changes, greeting, ensuring comfort in the office, etc.

・Working with contractors: search, selection, quality control of services and partnership coordination.

・you are able to organize office work, coordinate contractors and provide team support

・You are comfortable multitasking and can make decisions independently and quickly
