VoIP engeneer/Network engeneer in TechExpert

How we see the future candidate:

• with basic experience in Unix/Linux system administration (Linux knowledge at least at the confident user level) is a must;
• with deep knowledge of Asterisk: writing dialplans, AMI, AGI, ARI;
• with a good knowledge of the principles of IP networks at the switching and routing level and the IP protocol stack (TCP, UDP, IP) is mandatory;
• with an understanding of the SIP protocol, the purpose and sequence of packets, the ability to debug;
• with experience in writing/optimizing SQL queries, developing scripts/procedures in MS SQL database.

It will be a plus:

• experience writing Unix command shell scripts (SH, Bash);
• basic experience in MySQL DBMS administration;
• experience with Freeswitch, FreePBX;
• ability to write basic Bash/Python scripts;
• confident knowledge of SIP protocols and software necessary for telephony, management of sip terminals (telephones) and call routing.

Key tasks:

• construction of highly loaded, fault-tolerant telephony systems (for example: construction of call queues, callback services, call forwarding);
• ensuring stable operation of the company's infrastructure and inclusion in the development process of new projects;
• providing support for clients of the company's VoIP services (2nd line of support);
• finding and eliminating malfunctions, taking measures to exclude repeated cases;
• documentation management;
• participation in daily team meetings.
