Middle/Senior .NET Developer (ID 10590) in Infopulse

Infopulse Ukraine welcomes talented professionals to join our project as a Middle/Senior .NET Developer.Our customer - a one of the company,specializing in audio noisereduction and audioencoding/compression.Thisis a position where technical communications, expertise, teamwork, and stakeholder cooperation are key to delivering business value.

Areasof Responsibility

• On a daily basis you will be using C# to communicate with Universal Windows Platform API and Microsoft Store API in particular.
• You will read documentation, experiment to fill the gaps and communicate with Microsoft representatives when their expertise is indispensable.
• You will be incorporating XAML and MVVVM pattern daily to implement user interface according to UX design.
• Your code design will allow reporting and graceful handling of errors. It will accommodate to variety of platforms: PC, Xbox, OEM devices, ARM64.
• You will be writing unit tests using XUnit framework for most of your code.
• After you merge your branch to main on Perforce, you will pay attention to mails from ElectricFlow continuous integration server.
• You will write some documentation on Confluence and co-plan and co-manage team’s work in Jira.
• From time to time you will update data on the Contentful CMS or order translations thorough Smartling.
• You will cooperate with the young and engaged team to provide best quality code. This will include giving and welcoming critique during frequent, thorough code reviews and seeing the overall picture to propose architectural changes and discuss proposals from other team members from time to time.
• You will find ways to enhance knowledge and skills of the team.
• You will be also engaged in deciding how to maintain quality and meet the monthly deadlines at the same time. Yes, trade-offs are your friends, you are engineer after all. Well, they are not enemies at least.
• You will closely cooperate with Quality Assurance team to share knowledge, write test plans, make product easier to test and of course fix bugs.
• You will also analyze App Center reports to find and fix those little creatures.
• When the need arises, you will help QA team with testing.
• Less engaging but equally important part of your work will be to communicate with designer and product owner to better define requirements, propose changes in the product and show your achievements.
• Last but not least, you will participate in an evolving Scrum team that is steering itself to be better organized and managed.

Qualifications

•A degree in Computer Science or comparable field.
•2+ years of professional experience in related field.
•Very good knowledge of software development (.Net, C#).
•An analytic approach to software design.
•Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
