Responsibilities:

• Participation in the development of proposals for changing and developing the current product line and business registration processes, etc. digital state. services
• Formation of target business processes of the client path, requirements for transferring business logic to independent microservices, quality control of development, organization of testing of implemented improvements
• Participation in the development of architectural solutions in IT systems and the adoption of technological solutions to optimize business processes in order to increase their efficiency, reduce cost, customer focus
• Communication with related teams / streams, control over the performance of backlog tasks by related streams that affect the development of urgent acquisition products

Requirements:

• Knowledge of market research methods (customer interviews, surveys, segmention, usability tests, competitive analysis)
• Knowledge of banking products / rules and urgent attraction services
• Knowledge of the basics of civil and tax legislation in the field of urgent attraction products
• Skills in the development and implementation of new and / or changes in existing products and processes
