Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• 2+ years of developing and bolstering automated QA systems and associated test strategies
• Excellent communication skills with emphasis on writing detail oriented documents
• 1+ years with java (8+)
• Experience with test frameworks TestNG, JUnit, etc
• 1+ Experience with continuous integration tools (Jenkins)
• Strong experience with Linux
• Strong understanding of object oriented programming concepts
• Deal well with ambiguous/undefined problems; ability to think abstractly

Nice to haves:

• Experience with the Ad Tech industry
• Experience with Aerospike (or any no-sql storage)
• Experience with Kafka (or any messaging system)
• Experience with AWS services
• Experience with performance testing (Jmeter)
• Experience with BDD approach and tools (Cucumber)
• Familiarity with clustered computing, distributed and parallel computing concepts

Job Responsibilities:

• Designing Test Plans and documenting Test Strategy for new feature
• Write automation API tests for new feature
• Maintain and develop existing test suites and test libraries
• Build out our automated testing infrastructure to help us build reliable, scalable, high-quality products and services
• Work collaboratively with fellow SDETs while reviewing and refining tech specifications and various project initiatives
• Participate in in daily scrum team life: spring planning, retros, et
