Harmonic is a leading provider of innovative broadband solutions that deliver video, voice and data to communications providers around the world. GL team participates in the development and QA of several generations of these solutions.

The CableOS department is about developing the new software-based network equipment which provides access to Internet/IPTV/VoIP services using powerful servers.

It is an innovative solution for Internet Service Providers which will allow to get rid of the existing HW equipment and to migrate to the cloud, saving customers the enormous expenses for the support of huge number of hardware network equipment. Currently, there are no competitors to this project in the world and Customer offers the opportunity to be at the beginning of the rapid development of the product and the opportunity to take their place in a fast-paced engineering team.

ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) project is about developing a web-based system supporting the manufacturing Harmonic’s HW products.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in software manual/automation testing;
• Good Requirement analysis skills;
• Strong knowledge of testing theory (test types, test cases, bug reports, etc.);
• Experience in creating test documentation;
• Knowledge of Linux, network protocols, SQL and REST API;
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS;
• Experience developing automation using Selenium or any other frameworks;
• Basic knowledge in scripting languages such as Python;
• Experience with Postman, TestRail;
• High attention to details, patience, and investigation skills;
• Upper-intermediate English level;
• Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manual and Automation testing of Backend services, UI interfaces and its integration (E2E);
• Communication with the distributed international team;
• Creating, updating, and reviewing test cases;
• Creating test reports;
• Creating Test Plan documents.
