An international company that monitors and controls security in commercial and residential premises. The supervision is based on advanced technologies supported by artificial intelligence systems. The company uses surveillance cameras to monitor theft, arson, petty crimes, smokers, and other suspicious situations to ensure the safety of real estate and investment property for its clients around the clock.

Job description:

Your main task will be to watch the monitors from the surveillance cameras and monitor the order in one or another location. In case of detection of an offense, call the relevant service of America and notify them of the situation. Calls will be made to such services as the police, fire brigade, ambulance, environmental protection and others. You will also work with internal programs and systems and, as mentioned above, communicate with various agencies in America.

Required skills:

• Proficiency in English is mandatory (oral and written)
• Fluency in PC and Windows office programs
• Attention, observation and quick response.
• Previous customer service, call center, CCTV monitoring, security, loss prevention or related law enforcement experience (preferred).
• Stress resistance
• Ability to communicate clearly
• Ability to follow verbal and written procedures and instructions

Shift work:

• Day shift from 07:00 to 15:00, 2 days a week.
• Evening shift from 15:00 to 23:00, 2 days a week.
• Night shift from 23:00 to 07:00, 2 days a week.
• Two days off.

If you need an additional day off, that's not a problem.

• Changes take place one after the other, it is possible to replace days and build your schedule (if necessary)
