Marketing Manager in Recruiting Support

Tasks:

• participation in the formation of a strategy for the promotion of goods and services,
• control of the compliance of the promotion plan with the goals for the period,
• organizing and conducting marketing campaigns,
• creation of advertising content for all sales channels,
• implementation, control of the timing and effectiveness of the agreed promotional sales plan,
• formation of teams for the implementation of activities, if necessary, development of technical specifications,
• development of partner projects,
• search for new advertising tools to promote goods and services,
• budgeting and reporting.

We expect you to have:

• knowledge of marketing research methods, market analysis, product promotion and demand generation;
• successful experience in the development and implementation of marketing activities;
• excellent negotiation and organizational skills;
• experience in the development and implementation of product promotion concepts;
• experience of working with similar functionality for at least two years in retail and e-commerce: products, cosmetics, droggers, appliances, mti,
