* At least 1+ years of experience on a similar position in IT;
* Experience in promotion on US markets;
* Strong management, organisational and analytical skills;

* Thorough knowledge of marketing principles, brand, product and service management;
* Thorough knowledge of online marketing trends: traffic acquisition, Affiliate marketing, SEO, PR, Content mkt, etc.
* Solid understanding of market research, data analysis methods and common digital marketing tools;
* Deep understanding of changing market dynamics;
* Entrepreneurial spirit and flexibility;
* Fluent English is a must; experience in promotion on US markets is a must;
**Responsibilities:**
* Develop an annual and monthly marketing plan to grow business profitability and implement it, respecting the marketing budget;
* Set goals and determine areas that need improvements and improvisations in sales & marketing;
* Develop and execute new ideas in Real Estate marketing;
* Design advertising and marketing ventures. Generate Sales Conversion;
* Strengthen the company’s presence with diverse marketing & communication actions (VIP events, demos, fairs, open house events, websites, print materials, and adverts);
* CRM, manage the customer journey by targeting specific customer segments with individualized marketing & retail actions;
* Analyze the effectiveness of all marketing efforts & report on return on investment;
* Develop pricing and positioning which reflects the product value (key models, campaigns & discounts);
* Monitor volumes and market shares, industry best practices, and competitors developing action plans as required;
