Duties:
- Analysis of competitors' creatives, market trends and trends;
- Drawing up a production plan depending on the needs of UA teams;
- Creation of creative hypotheses and scenarios;
- Writing technical specifications for contractors, providing feedback and monitoring quality and deadlines;
- Organization of operational work with creatives (naming, storage, files with test results);
- Control and assessment of creative testing of the UA team.
Requirements:
- Understanding the process of purchasing traffic (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Unity and others);
- Availability of a portfolio and successful cases;
- Ability to analyze statistics (primary and post-installation metrics);
- Experience working with UGC;
- Confident knowledge of Excel;
- English language Intermediate and above.
