Description:

For our Automotive Department in Wroclaw we are looking for Line Manager/Resourcing Manager.

You will support us in dynamic growth of our teams in cooperation with external and internal parties.

Requirements:

• 5 years in IT sector as a resource manager and/or project manager

• Experience in resourcing of multisite IT projects in international environment with full responsibility
• Understanding of underlying software development, validation and project life cycle (preferrably in embedded environment)
• Being adaptable and agile in your thinking
• Delivering key objectives in a fast paced environment
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Experience in work with external companies (vendors, customers etc)

Line Management

• providing coaching and performance feedback to all team members
• recruiting and hiring talent to fill team positions
• providing training and support to new hires
• cross-training employees to ensure job rotation and minimize assignment coverage gaps
• communicating and ensuring understanding of functional and departmental goals
• monitoring individual and team metrics and performance versus targets
• identifying the need for corrective actions
• ensuring quality standards for all processes
• evaluating overall team and individual performance and delivering the performance reviews
• engaging with other line managers across the organization
• providing reports on productivity and other performance indicators to management

Bid Manager

• determines and organizes the resources to build bid team
• leading role in an offer preparation and the team coordination
• manages the team in a way that everyone can fulfill his/her role and contributes in an optimal way
• manage the bid process
• manages communication with stakeholders
• ensures timely and proper preparation of internal reviews and final offer outcome
