CIGen is a team of experts in cloud and custom software development. Our ambitious goal is to become the Azure Expert Managed Services Provider (MSP), and we are moving confidently towards it. Currently, we are looking for a Lead Generation Manager to join our team. This position could be fully remote.

🔹 Responsibilities: 

  • Identify opportunities for growth: new channels, domains, conferences/events 
  • Collaborate with the team to plan and implement strategic outreach plan
  • Conduct research on how to engage and partner with potential customers 
  • Configure email and LinkedIn outreach process in corresponding tools (Woodpecker, Expandi, Snowio etc) 
  • Prepare ICP and messaging for lead generation campaigns 
  • Manage contacts/leads in CRM (Hubspot, MS Dynamics) 
  • Process all replies, schedule calls, nurture leads and follow-up with them 
  • Prepare Follow Up campaigns for neutral leads 
  • Maintain calendar of all lead generation campaigns 
  • Maintain monthly reports on lead generation activities


🔹 Requirements: 

  • 2+ year in a lead generation role 
  • Understanding of software industry and Azure cloud services 
  • Experience with email/LinkedIn outreach campaings 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English (B2+) 
  • Organised and goal-oriented person
