We are looking for a Lead Generation Manager to join our team to help drive the sales of our services. The successful candidate will assist in the implementation of the business development strategy to achieve business goals.
Requirements:
-Relevant experience or a strong desire to start a career in sales
-English from Intermediate
-Excellent communication skills
-Computer skills (experienced user of the Internet, social networks, LinkedIn, etc.)
-Self-organized, responsible and purposeful person
-Attention to detail
Duties:
-Teamwork as part of the lead generation department + active individual work on finding selected leads on LinkedIn, UpWork, other channels;
-Work and negotiations with international clients;
-Communication and communication with foreign clients in the field of Web design, mobile application design, creative design and web development, work in the field of Dynamics.
-Help in sales and attraction of new clients and projects;
-Applying on freelance platforms for designers and developers + on social networks such as LinkedIn;
-Implementation of the lead generation plan (number of applications and new leads per month). Transfer of leads for sale or individual sale, if there is enough desire, smile and skills;
-Management of the CRM system.
