Halo Lab is a startup-oriented design and development team looking for a Lead Generation Manager to help us drive more clients and projects. You will play a crucial role in creating, implementing, and reinforcing best practices in lead generation for a successful growth strategy.

Experience Required:

  • Lead generation and contact search for decision makers;
  • Knowledge of Linkedin and automation tools (Sales Navigator, Expandi, etc.);
  • Cold emailing (writing email sequence with a high conversion rate);
  • Upwork (searching / writing cover letters on new proposals);
  • Outbound lead generation.

Skills Required:

  • Ability to communicate freely in English is a must (Advanced level);
  • Great verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently, take responsibility and make decisions;
  • Ability to learn fast new software and gain new knowledge about our services and clients’ business;
  • Strong organizational and negotiating skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Contacting potential leads and customers via email and LinkedIn;
  • Upwork search for new proposals;
  • Filling out statistics / results data in working tables and spreadsheets;
  • Outbound lead generation;
  • Achieving the lead generation plan.
