Halo Lab is a startup-oriented design and development team looking for a Lead Generation Manager to help us drive more clients and projects. You will play a crucial role in creating, implementing, and reinforcing best practices in lead generation for a successful growth strategy.
Experience Required:
Lead generation and contact search for decision makers;
Knowledge of Linkedin and automation tools (Sales Navigator, Expandi, etc.);
Cold emailing (writing email sequence with a high conversion rate);
Upwork (searching / writing cover letters on new proposals);
Outbound lead generation.
Skills Required:
Ability to communicate freely in English is a must (Advanced level);
Great verbal and written communication skills;
Ability to work independently, take responsibility and make decisions;
Ability to learn fast new software and gain new knowledge about our services and clients’ business;
Strong organizational and negotiating skills.
Responsibilities:
Contacting potential leads and customers via email and LinkedIn;
Upwork search for new proposals;
Filling out statistics / results data in working tables and spreadsheets;
Outbound lead generation;
Achieving the lead generation plan.
