We are currently seeking an ambitious, energetic, and easy-going Lead Generation Manager who will be responsible for researching and reaching out to potential clients on professional social networks and platforms.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of 6 months of experience as a Lead Generation Manager or Data Researcher
  • Familiarity with lead generation and email marketing tools (Expandi, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Snov.io, etc.)
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
  • Good understanding of lead generation, sales, and related fields
  • Experience in formal communication
  • Proficient written and spoken English, at least at an upper-intermediate level
  • Willingness to work according to internal sales processes

Will be a plus:

  • Familiarity with freelancing platforms like Upwork, YouTeam,etc.
  • Proficiency in Canva or other design tools
  • Previous experience in Sales, SMM, Marketing, or Content Management

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Research, verify, collect, and reach out to potential clients on business social networks and other platforms within the target audience
  • Initiate the initial contact with potential clients and input their information into the CRM
  • Communicate with potential clients until they are handed over to the Sales Manager and continue communication after that point
  • Arrange online and offline meetings for business developers
  • Create and execute effective campaigns and programs that drive engagement with our target prospects/audiences, both manually and automatically
  • Conduct weekly and biweekly meetings with teams
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports
