We are looking for a Lead Editor interested in building the future alongside us.

### Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a content strategy that supports our pipeline goals

- Run the workflow to define, prioritize, assign, write, track, edit, review and publish content

- Set new processes of content creation and optimize the current ones

- Execute publishing strategies while ensuring all posts are accurate, punctual, efficient, safe and on brand

- Edits documents prior to publication for spelling, punctuation, grammar, readability, flow, consistency, etc.

- Proofreads text and visuals prior to publication for typos, formatting errors, etc.

- Collaborate with and provide editorial help to internal and external content creators

- Build and grow the content function as the business scales

### Requirements

- 2+ years experience in a similar position

- 5+ years as an editor and hands-on writer across technical publications or similar B2C/B2B product IT companies

- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with a wide variety of content

- Outstanding copywriting and editing skills

- Proven ability to author clear, concise, and customer-focused content

- Exceptional grammar, communication and writing skills across all forms of media

- Skills in UI and website localizations

- Being a proactive, diligent team player, and wise team manager

- Demonstrable leadership skills and strategic focus

- Desire to work in a start-up with a spirit of proactiveness, great self-motivation, and experience in working with minimal supervision

- Excellent skills in English, both verbal and written. Additional professional-level language skills would be beneficial

- Russian language at the communication level

- Ability to successfully organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects
