Hello! My name is Artem, I am the design director at Halo Lab. We have one of the coolest (we are Top-1 on Dribbble ) and the largest (55 designers) design teams in Ukraine. This year, we want to grow even more and make projects even cooler! Therefore, I am looking for talented designers with experience who would like to take an active position on projects and help the team create world-class interfaces for digital products.

We have someone to learn from, I have been told many times: "Nowhere have I received such high-quality feedback as here!". And there is someone to teach, which is great (I taught design for 2 years, and nothing structures knowledge like its transfer).

Most likely, you will do better work in your portfolio with us. There is an opportunity to work on complex products that coordinate insurance payments in Switzerland, and on stylish promo sites for the beauty industry in the US, and on a new OS for top phone manufacturers in China.

About you:

• interface designer with 3-5 years of experience;
• you know how not only to do things well, but also to argue your decisions;
• desirable, but not required: mentoring and management experience or a strong desire to develop in this direction;
• you know how to manage your time, you try to constantly improve your efficiency and the efficiency of your colleagues;
• you work in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator and other prof. software;
• you speak English at a level where you can read and understand the text;
• you strive for constant development, you try new approaches and trends.

What will need to be done:

• participate in the process of creating a design, help with direction and styling;
• make a design review, competently point out errors and points for improvement;
• mentor designers on projects, give quality feedback for their development.

About us:

• lack of bureaucracy, openness to improvements and any discussions;
• Currently, you can only work with us remotely. If you do not have a comfortable workplace at home or in the nearest cafe, then working with us will not be easy;
• working day: from 10:00 to 19:00 Mon-Fri. with the ability to move the graph a little;
