Requirements:

Necessarily:

-Fluency in the Ukrainian language.

- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.

- Location — Uraina.

Preferably:

-Experience in IT and/or experience in education.

-Experience in organizing offline and/or online events.

-Knowledge of English at the correspondence level.

Working conditions:

- Rate + bonus (for growth/maintenance of products under your control).

50% compensation for coaching and training costs.

Responsibilities:

- Coaching and training of speakers in the manner and structure of presentation at events, preparation of speech design

- Compilation of the educational program and control of schedules

- Proactive group and individual communication with participants

-Monthly budgeting of courses

-Monitoring deadlines and compliance with agreements

- Introduction and support of club members

-Conducting webinars and meetings of club members — online and offline

-Introspection into our current products (sales, marketing, finance) to be able to create a training "road map", have an intrinsic interest in it.
