Your future tasks:
- full customer support: from first contact to ongoing re-sales
- identifying client needs and advising on the right solutions — choosing the application that will convert better
- preparation of commercial offers for the client, their presentation, argumentation and approval
- fixing the terms of cooperation with partners and monitoring their implementation
- solving customer problems and requests - technical, financial, etc.
- increasing customer engagement
- conducting reconciliations with partners, recording payments and monitoring their timeliness.
Your experience is relevant to us if you:
- you have experience in the field of applications or in affiliate marketing
- understand how traffic works — sources, analytics, key market players
- You have experience managing a large number of partners simultaneously.
