Areas of Responsibility
• Providing support to staffing function within the company:
• Register and update incoming resource requests in the internal system
• Manage communication between departments, project team, project
stakeholders etc.
• Manage communication with the customers and subcontractors
• Provide best practice input on specific requirements
• Evaluate candidates and CV’s matching, present candidates to the
customers
Qualifications
• Swedish language knowledge is a must, English — fluent
• Determined and mature approach
• Excellent communication skills
• Creative and enthusiastic team player
Will be an advantage
• Understanding of specifics of Scandinavian mentality and business
• Understanding of B2B
