We are a team of specialists responsible for user interface layer, L2/L3 protocol stack issues and hardware related area.

We are looking for a Junior Software Configuration Engineer to join our team. We are working on wireless modules. Such modules are connected with the user system over a set of interfaces (USB, RS232C, I2C, SPI). Our task is to develop firmware’s new features and maintain compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards. We are a team of specialists responsible for user interface layer, L2/L3 protocol stack issues and hardware related area. Basing on a number of projects we have performed, we are now designing and developing a new product based on LTE and LTE Advanced which is dedicated to the IoT market.
Requirements:
- Proven experience suitable for the position
- Good knowledge of software development lifecycle
- Experience in creating/maintaining project configuration infrastructure
- Knowledge and experience in the field of version control systems, e.g. GIT
- Experience and knowledge of Linux
- Very good command of the English language
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of ClearCase
- Build-automation utility: Make, Rake, CMake, MSBuild
- CI/CD and Jenkins
- Scripting skills in Python or Bash
Preferences:
Python, ibm rational clearcase
Job Responsibilities:
- Supporting project team in resolving issues with a version control system
- Creating and maintaining a continuous integration environment
- Maintaining Jenkins workflow / pipeline
- Build/support automation with GNU make
