We are looking for a Junior Finacial Specialist to join our Billing Team.

The billing team as a part of the Accounting Department is responsible for the timely execution of the invoicing process, and revenue recognition according to Polish GAAP and US GAAP and AR collections.

You will work with the best and one and only amazing team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with economics major OR min. 1 year experience in Finance&Controlling
• English (spoken/written – intermediate)
• Analytical abilities
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Effective communication skills in a multicultural and international company
• Willingness to show initiative

Job Responsibilities:

• Keeping financial records, including professional and timely execution of the invoicing process
• Preparing financial reports
• Controlling the receivables
• AR Collections
• Contacting foreign customers
• Supporting sales team in preparing offers for customers
• Verification of formal accounting documents
